Abstract: The
influence of Wobenzym on pathogenetic mechanisms of chronic
pyelonephritis and its therapeutic effect was observed. The results
of treating 66 patients with chronic pyelonephritis were presented.
The investigation revealed that Wobenzym enabled to receive positive
clinico-laboratory results, which considerably exceeded those in
conventional drug treatment. Therapy with Wobenzym resulted
improving immunology and rheology blood induce normalising
parameters of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system as well.
